It's official!  Governor Baker signed the "Pregnant Worker's Fairness Act" into law, promising fair treatment to pregnant employees.  See more details here.  While the law does not take effect until April 2018, it will be important to assess the way it will impact your current practices.  How are you treating your pregnant and nursing mothers?  Making reasonable accommodations to pregnant and nursing mothers is not only the right thing to do, but it can enhance your employer "brand".
