HR 101: Did you know?

January 20, 2017

So you want to look for a new job?  Where to begin?  Having self awareness is a good place to start.  Knowing your skills, interests and where they align is important to identify your strengths. It's where you place your focus in developing your job search, crafting your resume and preparing for interviews.  Once you have a handle on your strengths, then think about situations you faced, the actions you took and the outcomes.  These will become the meat of your resume, your accomplishment statements.  You are developing your brand, marketing yourself!  The key is to differentiate yourself from the many other brands in the marketplace.  Spending the time to assess your strengths and accomplishments will help you create a strong resume to go to market.

Don't let your hard work building your career go unnoticed.

We can help.
