Massachusetts is one step closer to a workers' pregnancy protection law.  The House passed a bill that is being considered, see more information here.  How are you treating your pregnant and nursing mothers?  There are currently 19 states that have passed similar laws.  Making reasonable accommodations to pregnant and nursing mothers is not only the right thing to do, but it can enhance your employer "brand".
