HR 101: Did you know?

Do you know if you are in compliance with federal and state wage laws?  Recently, a local company found itself in hot water (so did the lobster) and is paying dearly. UnWrapped pays huge fine.  Ignorance of the rules is not a valid excuse!


A good way to ensure that you are in compliance is an audit of your existing staff, checking to see that they are classified correctly (exempt or non-exempt) and paying them for all hours worked, accordingly.
