Did you know that in Massachusetts, employers with 11 or more employees are required to provide earned, paid sick time?  Employers with less than 11 employees are required to provide earned sick time that may be unpaid.  There are specific rules around accrual, carry-over, permissible uses of sick time, payment and implementation of the law.  Don’t let your hard work building a business go to waste over a costly mistake.  We can help.
