Michael Perez founded Nautilus HR Consulting to provide human resource solutions for businesses that lack HR expertise or need to supplement their existing HR efforts and to support individuals in career transition.
Michael has more than 20 years of human resource and career management experience. His expertise lies in developing strong relationships, coaching and advising business leaders on human capital matters, leading training and organizational development initiatives, as well a. Michael’s industry experience is varied and includes technology, energy, financial services and healthcare.
Michael serves as a Trustee of Old North Church in Marblehead and leads its Career Transition Group. Michael formerly served as board chair and member for e-Inc., the Environmental Learning & Action Center. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Northeastern University with a major in Human Resources Management.
